The Aruba JW017A AP-ANT-40 is a high-performance dual-band downtilt omni-directional antenna, engineered to enhance the wireless coverage of Aruba access points that require dual-band, 4-element MIMO antennas. Designed for deployment in enterprise and high-density environments, this antenna operates within the 2.4–2.5 GHz and 4.9–6.0 GHz frequency ranges, delivering a gain of 4 dBi at 2.4 GHz and 5 dBi at 5 GHz.

Featuring a linear, vertical polarization and omni-directional H-plane beamwidth, this antenna ensures optimal signal distribution. The ~100° downtilt in the E-plane enhances coverage in ceiling-mount deployments, making it ideal for office spaces, conference rooms, and other large indoor environments.

Equipped with four RP-SMA male connectors and integrated 36-inch (91.44 cm) pigtail cables, the Aruba AP-ANT-40 offers seamless connectivity with compatible Aruba access points. Its durable PC/ABS UL94-V0 housing provides reliability and long-term durability, while the included mounting hardware allows for flush installation on drywall or ceiling tiles.
