Warranty Information

Tech Atlantix ("Tech Atlantix, Inc.") functions exclusively as a reseller and distributor. Tech Atlantix does not manufacture the products available for purchase through the company. In certain instances, the items may be protected by the manufacturer's warranty, service, and support policies (if applicable). Tech Atlantix transfers any warranties from the manufacturer to the customers. The customer acknowledges that recourse is available solely under the manufacturer's specified warranty. The firm makes no representations or warranties other than those stated in this contract. Tech Atlantix disclaims all additional guarantees, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose. Any indirect warranties ascending from statute, trade usage, course of dealing, or course of performance are treated similarly. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that Tech Atlantix does not guarantee that its services will:

  • Fulfill your requirements.
  • Operate without interruption, be timely, secure, or error-free.
  • Provide accurate results and reliable data processing.
  • Meet your expectations.
  • Correct any errors in the program/software.

Understanding that any material obtained through Tech Atlantix's service is at your discretion and risk, you are solely responsible for and waive any claims related to any damage to your computer system, internet access, download or display device, or data loss resulting from such material download. No advice or information offered by Tech Atlantix, whether oral or written, creates a guarantee unless specified in the Terms and Conditions of Use (TCUS). Tech Atlantix will not be liable for any indirect, direct, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from any product's sale, installation, use, operation, service, or repair. This includes breach of warranty or contract, strict responsibility, carelessness, and other conditions, regardless of whether Tech Atlantix was aware of the likelihood of such loss or injury. Tech Atlantix disclaims all legal obligations for physical harm or property loss resulting from buying products/services, including but not limited to military, medical care, traffic management, disaster prevention, or similar equipment. The term "Lifetime" is defined as the product's market presence. The lifetime warranty does not cover outdated technology, making it inapplicable to items taken off the production line.

Overall Return Guidelines

Welcome to Tech Atlantix's ("Tech Atlantix," "we," or "our") Overall Return Guidelines, designed specifically for products purchased directly from the Tech Atlantix website. To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following guidelines, which form the basis for individual return policies. Obtaining a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is mandatory for all product returns. Contact Tech Atlantix Customer Service through the provided methods on our Contact Us page to initiate the return process and secure your RMA number. Refunds may be subject to a restocking charge. For more information on refunds, partial refunds, and restocking fees, please see our dedicated section here. You may return any brand-new product within 30 days, with the retail packaging unopened, regardless of the product's unique return policy. Products received by Tech Atlantix under the conditions listed below are not eligible for return and may be declined:

  1. Products not purchased directly from Tech Atlantix.
  2. Products deviating from the described reason for return (e.g., a return initiated for a product reported as DOA that functions correctly upon inspection).
  3. Products with missing, damaged, altered, or illegible serial number labels, manufacturer model or part number labels, and/or warranty labels.
  4. Products returned without original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items initially included. Refund returns in this condition may incur a restocking fee or be rejected. Refer to our restocking fee guidelines for more information.
  5. Products with a removed UPC from the packaging.
  6. Products displaying physical damage. If your product arrives damaged, consult our "Report a Shipping Problem" article for resolution guidelines. Note that this is not considered a return.
  7. Products eligible for a mail-in rebate.
  8. Products that appear tampered with, customized, or altered in any manner.
