Return Guidelines

Tech Atlantix is committed to providing top-quality new and refurbished IT equipment that meets rigorous standards. Should you encounter any defects, compatibility issues, or if the product doesn’t match your expectations, we will address your concerns swiftly. Unless specified otherwise, all products come with a 30-day replacement guarantee.

Defective Products

Should you identify any defects in a product during the warranty period, please notify us without delay. We will act quickly to resolve the problem or provide a replacement part. Be aware that the replacement might differ in FRU, spare, or part numbers from the initial product.

In instances where a returned product under warranty is tested and found to be fault-free, and the problem is due to incompatibility with your existing hardware or software, a $10 testing fee will be charged. Additionally, a 25% restocking fee will apply. We aim to be fair and maintain complete transparency during this process.

Order Changes and Cancellation

Tech Atlantix understands that circumstances can change. You can cancel or alter your order from the time you place it until 14 days after receipt. Should you need to change details like the delivery address or quantity, or cancel the order altogether, please contact us immediately.

If an order is cancelled before shipment, we will refund you fully without additional fees. However, cancellations after receipt of the goods may incur a 25% restocking fee.

Change of Mind/Non-Defective Returns

We recognize that you might change your mind after a purchase. If you don’t want a product you ordered, you can return it within 14 working days from the date of purchase, provided they are in their original, unopened condition with intact seals.

For returns that are not related to product defects, a restocking fee of 25-50% may be applied. It is essential that any non-defective items returned are in a condition suitable for resale.

Accuracy of Pricing, Descriptions, and Inventory

While Tech Atlantix strives for accuracy, occasional errors in product descriptions, inventory status, or pricing may occur. We reserve the right to cancel or correct orders affected by these errors. If a corrected price is higher than the stated price, we will seek your confirmation before proceeding, or we may cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

Incorrect or Incomplete Orders

If the items you receive are incorrect or incomplete compared to your order, we will address and correct the issue swiftly.

Upon inspecting your returned item, we will communicate via email whether or not we have approved or rejected your refund. If we approve your refund, your funds will be processed to your original payment method within a specific period. Please note that we will not refund shipping costs. We will also deduct return shipping costs from your refund.

Please give us at least two business days to authorize your return and provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number.

Specific Product Policies:

Computers: Issues with defective Desktop PCs, Notebooks, or Tablet PCs will be addressed through repair or replacement as determined by us, subject to legal requirements. We strive to meet our usual RMA processing times but cannot guarantee them, particularly if manufacturer involvement is needed. For returns, you may contact our Customer Service. customer service department for return instructions.

Televisions: For televisions larger than 37 inches, an adult signature (18 or older) is required at delivery. Please inspect the television upon delivery and report any shipping damage within 48 HOURS. Reports made after this period will not be eligible for replacement or refund. Postdelivery, refer to the included documentation or contact the manufacturer for warranty information.

Television and Monitor Dead Pixels: A television or monitor that displays eight or more dead pixels within 30 days of purchase qualifies for a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain products, such as software, custom labels, and opened supplies (including labels, ribbons, receipt paper, ribbons for receipts, print heads, card stock, and RFID tags), are not eligible for return. Special order items and products with customer markings or writings on the original packaging also do not qualify for return.
