While our aim is to be as accurate as possible, there may be the occasional discrepancy in the inventory status, product descriptions, or the pricing on Tech Atlantix’s website. This can be due to typographical, informational, technical, or other errors. Tech Atlantix retains the exclusive right to reject, cancel, or amend any order involving such discrepancies and will promptly correct, adjust, or remove the erroneous information. Should the actual price exceed the listed price, at our discretion, we may get in touch with you for further instructions before we ship or cancel your order. Sales tax is applicable to orders shipped within jurisdictions where our business operates. The applicable tax rate will be applied to all shipped orders. Customers who are eligible for tax exemptions must submit their forms of tax exemption to [email protected].

Orders are not confirmed until shipped. Tech Atlantix reserves the right to accept, cancel, confirm, reject, or limit orders at any time for any reason after an order has been placed. Transmission of electronic communications or other confirmation does not constitute our acceptance to sell nor confirm our offer to sell. Orders over $500.00 require pre-authorization by Tech Atlantix, and appropriate payment methods must be verified before processing.
