The Cisco ISA-3000-2C2F-K9 Industrial Security Appliance 3000 is a robust security solution designed to protect industrial networks from cyber threats. Engineered for harsh environments, this appliance provides Layer 3 managed switch functionality, ensuring efficient traffic control and security policy enforcement.

The ISA-3000 features a combination of two 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 copper ports and two Gigabit SFP fiber ports, offering flexible connectivity options. It is powered by a quad-core Intel® Atom® processor, delivering high-speed performance for industrial security applications.

Equipped with 8 GB of soldered-down DRAM and 16 GB of onboard flash memory, the appliance ensures reliable operation. Additionally, the built-in 64 GB mSATA storage provides ample capacity for configurations and logging. The expansion slot allows for additional storage via an SD memory card.

For enhanced network management, the ISA-3000 includes multiple management ports: a 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ-45 port, a Mini-USB port, and an RJ-45 console port. It also features industrial-grade alarm I/O support, with two dry-contact alarm inputs and one Form C alarm output relay, allowing for real-time monitoring and alerts.

The appliance supports dual internal DC power supplies with a nominal input of ±12V DC, 24V DC, or 48V DC, operating within a wide voltage range of 9.6V DC to 60V DC, with a power consumption of 24W.
